Lotly
A new way to buy a home, together.

Rethinking collaborative real estate
Lotly is a real estate startup that allows investors to contribute directly to the down payment of a home purchaser. The purchaser gets into the market sooner, and the investor doesn’t have to be a landlord.
They came to us for a brand story and visual identity that would crystalize their offering in the increasingly crowded PropTech space. The visual identity was designed by the team at OneMethod.
My role: brand foundations for launch

Made for each other
Would-be homeowners and investors are at odds with each other; saving for a down payment keeps getting harder, and maintaining rentals keeps getting more expensive.
We built a brand strategy called Made for Each Other based on this new symbiotic relationship between prospective home purchasers and investors that Lotly is making possible.

A personality built on connection
We built a personality for Lotly based on optimism, growth, and collaboration. The tone and key messaging reflect the peace that comes from finding common ground between new purchasers and investors, as well as the newfound opportunity for both sides of the marketplace.
