Before ride-hailing app Lyft launched in Toronto (their first international market), they came to Eighty-Eight to help them understand the landscape and evaluate how their messaging, positioning, and marketing tactics would land with locals.

The launch event
At launch, Eighty-Eight was tasked with organizing an event to celebrate Lyft’s Toronto founding drivers to welcome them to the platform. Our goal was to convey the spirit of the Lyft brand and show the drivers how important they were to the launch.
My role: landscape research, creative concept development, influencer marketing, creative direction, presentation design
